Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Return Items:

  • Indoor & Outdoor Lights

  • Solar Lights

  • Solar Battery Packs

  • EV Battery Packs and Chargers

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products without original packaging or accessories

  • Customized or specially ordered items

 

 

 Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • A valid purchase receipt or order number is required.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

 

  Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.

Please share:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Packaging details (if damaged in transit)

 

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
