Returns & Exchanges

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

A valid purchase receipt or order number is required.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
